The story centers on the time of empires and slavery in Africa. The great Kumasi Empire has just conquered one of it enemies called the Sutucoo. In a fierce battle the King's brother was killed. The most dreaded soldier Abanga Bemuga who stands 7feet 3 inches tall, is captured and taken to slavery in Kumasi. Prince Aceheme of the Kumasi Empire refuses to kill him claiming he'd be useful for the empire. Abanga grows to become the King's beloved. He later kills the King and takes over the Empire trying to force the Prince's wife to be his wife. Will their rivalry tear the kingdom apart?
