When I first started in-house work – there was little or almost no guide on what was I to expect. Law schools generally prepped us for litigation work and there I was in my first in-house job with a multi-national company having never negotiated a contract.

I earnestly champion the need for law schools to inculcate business and contract negotiation skills as part of their syllabus.
