That the Standing Committee on Accounts and Printing be and they are hereby authorized and directed to have printed the Mayor's Inaugural Address, and the Annual Reports of the several Departments, Boards and Officers for the year 1912, any and all expense to be taken from and charged to the appropriation Printing.
