What to read after Jungle Wisdom - 1?

It’s a collection of six ancient Indian fables depicting animal characters believed to be 2300 to 2500 years old. It was composed for three princes to impart knowledge and wisdom as per the era. Panchatantra is being considered as the oldest collection of Indian fables surviving till date by most language scholars, linguists and phonetics researchers.

There are several elements that draw people and children across the globe to this story-cycle, which features lions, monkeys, elephants, jackals, birds, snakes, crocodiles, rabbits, tigers, herons and crabs.

Writer read the original stories in Sanskrit, translated and rewrote it to make it suitable for the kids of modern days. It’s an illustrative children picture story book with knowledge, wisdom, moral values and life lessons.

It is suggested to keep in mind the fact while reading it, that the values, justice system and wisdom would have been very different than what we have in our modern world. However, the writer has tried to modify these stories slightly leaving its essence intact.
