What to read after Concise Encyclopedia of Building and Construction Materials?

The Concise Encyclopedias draw relevant articles from the Encyclopedia of Materials Science and Engineering, the only complete reference work in this rapidly developing field. Where necessary, articles have been revised and new articles have been commissioned to provide current accounts of the most recent developments in each area. Copublished with Pergamon Press.

The building materials covered by the Concise Encyclopedia of Building and Construction Materials are classified in three groups: structural materials, such as cement and steel; semistructural materials, including walls and flooring; and auxiliary materials, exemplified by insulation and coatings.
