Simon Kimbango and Paul Kagame, two prominent African entities, each in their own time, who end up taking the sleep of the West. Kimbango for the great legacy he left in the material and spiritual field and Kagame for the results achieved during his time in government at the head of Rwanda, managing in a much more adequate way to the African way of life.
