Reiki helps to keep the body and mind healthy. The six enemiesanger, greed, lust, fear, jealousy, and envyare big roadblocks in the way of lifes progress, which can be eradicated with the help of reiki. By connecting the energy of our inner conscience with the universal energy, we can overcome diseases, low confidence levels, personality disorders, lifes dissatisfactions, fear and mental restlessness, etc., through reiki initiation and dedicated practice. Reiki changes ones outlook toward life and makes ones existence meaningful and complete in this widespread universe.
